I'll Carry It: A 90 Day Reset For Fathers
A 90 day operating system for fathers moving through divorce and rebuilding on the other side of it.
I did not build this because I had it figured out. I built it because I did not. When my marriage ended I kept waiting for someone to hand me a system that would get me through the day without losing my composure in front of my kids. Nobody handed me that. So I built it for myself, and then I built it for the next father who needs it.
How it works
Ninety days. Three touchpoints a day. Five minutes each.
- Morning. Set intent. Name what you control. Choose one leadership action and three priorities.
- Midday. One honest question. Am I reacting or responding. Correct if you drifted.
- Evening. Three accountability questions and open reflection. Did I lead well. Did I protect stability. What do I improve tomorrow.
Every seven days you complete a Weekly Reset, where the patterns become visible. At days 30, 60 and 90 you hit a Milestone Reflection and measure yourself against who you were on day one.
What it is not
This is not a diary. It is not therapy. It is not a book you read. It does not judge and it does not give advice. It holds the structure so you can do the work.
